These Terms govern your use of the Telescopy website, dashboard, and related services (the "Service") operated by Telescopy Inc. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Telescopy provides Amazon-market intelligence tools: niche discovery, viability scoring, watchlist tracking, AI-assisted reports, and listing generation. Plan limits and features vary by tier and are published on the pricing page.
Paid plans renew automatically at the billed interval until cancelled. You can cancel from the dashboard or Stripe customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial periods except where required by law.
Viability scores, watchlist reports, listing copy, and keyword expansions are generated with machine-learning models. They are advisory, not guarantees. You are responsible for reviewing output before using it commercially.
Amazon catalog data is sourced from third-party APIs and may be incomplete or delayed. We make reasonable efforts to keep it fresh but provide it "as is", without warranty.
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, access ends and we delete personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telescopy's total liability for claims arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Telescopy Inc. is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
